**As of February 23, 2022 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award is not yet established. This project consists of the implementation of a traffic adaptive signal system along Graves Mill Road between the intersections of Millrace Drive and Nationwide Drive. The work will include construction of necessary signal control infrastructure improvements such as conduits and addition of detection equipment. Inquiries must be received by 1:00 p.m., January 31, 2022, in order to be considered. All posted addenda must be signed and accompany any bid submitted, failure to do so may subject bidder to disqualification. Contact initiated by a bidder concerning this solicitation with any other City representative, not expressly authorized elsewhere in this document, is prohibited. Any such unauthorized contact may result in disqualification of the bidder.
