Qualifications may be hand carried or mailed in a sealed envelope/package clearly marked with the interested firm'- s name, return address, the RFQ number and opening date and time, and addressed to: Wimberley Independent School District, Business Support Services, Randall Rau, 951 FM 2325; Wimberley, TX 78676. The Construction-Manager-At-Risk is expected to provide services for the pre-construction phase, bid/award phase, and construction phase of the Danforth Jr. High School Project. The budget for this Project is estimated to be ($6,500,000.00). Pre-Construction services shall be provided as set forth in Appendix A. The firm selected will provide the construction management services to complete the Project, including but not limited to: A new addition and renovation project at Danforth Jr. High School, 200 Texan Blvd., Wimberley, TX 78676. The project will include a new classroom addition of approximately 6,500 SF, a 700 SF addition and complete renovation to the existing kitchen and servery area, complete renovation of the existing 14,000 SF annex building, and replacement of existing HVAC heat pump units. Additional site work will incorporate relocation of bus drive and student drop-off area. The phased project is scheduled for kitchen replacement, HVAC work and new bus drive to completed during the summer break 2019. Construction of the classroom addition should also start during the 2019 summer break. The annex renovation cannot start until December 2019 with all work completing by June 2020.
