The work of this single-bid project is a fit-out of a two-story plus basement academic building for Geology, Physics and Computer Science. Work includes but is not limited to: minor selective demolition; construction of new walls and finishes; floor finishes; built-in cabinetry and counters in teaching labs; installation of new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems; removal of existing and installation of new EPDM roof system.
