The Sandwich Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the 705-1 Septic Evaluation and Replacement, #261046 in Sandwich, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by GCG Associates, Inc.. The Project consists of: Sewage disposal system replacement at a 4-building family housing development. Project involves removal of existing septic system and installation of new 3,520 GPO sewage disposal pressure dosing system consisting of new sewer cleanouts and sewer manholes, 11,000 gallon septic tank, 6,000 gallon pump chamber with duplex pumps, PVC force main, 3,000 SF plastic chamber leaching field, electrical work and control panel associated with pumps. Project site work involves removal or abandonment of various existing septic components and associated site restoration improvements including minor drainage and HMA paving of disturbed sidewalks and parking area. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.3039 & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive.Otherwise the deposit shall be the property of the Awarding Authority.
