Rework of utilities including a new storm collection underneath the new parking lot with a City connection piece. The new building is roughly 12,500 SF including concrete footings and foundations and steel structure. Exterior walls are primarily steel stud back-up and include metal panels, curtain wall, brick and wood. Interior finishes include tile, carpet, glass, wood etc. All new MEP & FP systems as shown. The work will be constructed in accordance with the Project Schedule.
