Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kewaskum, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The principal items for which proposals are invited are: 1,000 LF Sanitary Sewer Mains and Laterals, 4-Inch to 8-Inch PVC 1,200 LF Sanitary Sewer Lateral Pipe Burst 1,100 LF Water Mains, 8-Inch PVC 500 LF Water Service Pipes, 1-Inch Copper 600 LF Storm Sewer Main, 12-Inch to 30-Inch RCP 1,300 LF Storm Sewer Lateral Drains and Laterals, 4-Inch to 6-Inch PVC 2,500 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter, 30-Inch 2,500 SF Concrete Sidewalk, Carriage Walk, and Curb Ramps, 4-Inch 800 SF Concrete Sidewalk and Driveways, 6-Inch 2,300 TN Aggregate Base Dense, 1-1/4-Inch 1,000 TN Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement 2,000 SY Landscape Restoration All proposals shall be submitted on bidding forms included in the Project Manual furnished by Kunkel Engineering Group, LLC, and in accordance with the provisions of the Project Manual. Bidders must purchase Documents electronically or Engineer to submit a bid. Reproduction of Bid Documents will not be accepted from Bidders.
