Renovation of a residential development in Wheeling, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The work consists of the replacement of existing membrane roofing, damaged or deteriorated insulation, flashings, recovery board and all related work for a complete system. Contractors must have 5 years minimum experience and 10 successful projects in singleply membrane roofing replacement. Wheeling Housing reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process. A certified check or bank draft, payable to Wheeling Housing Authority Par Value U. S.
