Renovation of a municipal facility in Wheeling, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
.qualifications and proposals for the development of 2126 Market Street. This site is currently a vacant lot. The proposals will be for the vacant lot and include the first floor of a new building that will face Market Street. The proposals should include both commercial and residential space. The specific services being sought by the City of Wheeling are identified in Request for Qualifications and Proposals: RFQ/ RFP # 2025-1. Each respondent will be rated and ranked in accordance with the following criteria: Qualifications/experience on working on developing sites. Knowledge of local, state and federal building regulations. Experience and qualifications of personnel. Stability and continuity of staff and management. All qualified respondents will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religious creed, ancestry, national origin, age, handicap or sex. The City of Wheeling is an equal opportunity contractor.
