Cost Range: $500,000 - $900,000 The work required by the contract plans and specifications shall include, but is not limited to, all work as generally described Horsehaven Creek Fish Passage Culvert at 188th St Crossing, D231: The work includes but is not limited to the following items of work, improvement of culvert crossings on 188th St E for Horsehaven Creek to enhance fish passage and reduce the risk of flooding. Including the installation of a 19.5'W x 8 'H x 65'L precast reinforced concrete box culvert with a lid at the 188th St E crossing. The Contract Time shall be ninety (90) working days following the "Notice to Proceed" and material procurement period. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 3/1/2022 1:00 PM The existing culverts at 150th Ave and 188th street crossing Horsehaven Creek will be replaced with two stream simulation design fish passage box culverts. The proposed 188th Street culvert is 65 feet long and the span is 19.5 feet. The proposed 150th Avenue culvert is 40 feet long and the span is 22.5 feet.
