All tasks are on an "as needed" basis. Tasks will include but are not limited to: o Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP): o Engineering Reports: o Annual Reports: o Monitoring/Sample collection: o Alternative Analysis and Cost Estimating: o Source Evaluation and Control Strategies: o Pilot Study Design and Support: o Tenant Outreach Program Support: o Receiving Water studies: o Data Collection/Mapping: o Other ISGP related tasks: Submit questions in writing, attention Jawed Rahmani The initial period of performance of the agreement will be for three (3) years, with a one (1) year additional renewal option which will be at the sole discretion of POT. The Port reserves the right to accept or reject any or all information in its entirety or in part and to waive informalities and minor irregularities and to contract as the best interest of the Port may require. The Port reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals submitted as nonresponsive or non-responsible. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
