Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Bartow, Florida. Working plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The Estimated total cost for this project is $3.6 million, with estimated construction at $3.2 million. It is anticipated that the design and permitting phase will take six (6) months and the construction phase will take twelve (12) to fourteen (14) months. You MUST register using this form in order to receive notice of any addenda to these documents. Please fax the completed form to the Procurement Division as soon as possible. It is the vendor's responsibility to verify if addenda have been issued. Select a qualified Contractor to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services for the preconstruction and construction phase services of the New Prototype Fire Rescue Station. All questions must be received by, Friday, March 15, 2019, 4:00 p.m. Those attending via conference call will be added to the sign in sheet by the Procurement office during the conference call.
