The scope of the Base Bid work, without limiting the generality thereof, shall consist of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, plants, and supervision to provide: selective demolition (including but not limited to custom cutting of existing concrete walls, beams and suspended slab); site layout in accordance with plans; excavation, including cutting, filling, trenching, backfilling, rough and finish grading and compaction; provide fill materials, including gravel, crushed stone, and screened loam for lawn repair areas; provide new concrete building foundation tied into existing, with kneewalls and footing drain, SOG with trench drain, conc. apron and walk; provide a concrete tight tank including drain & vent piping and alarm conduit run to the building; extension of water lines; site/lawn restoration and any other work as described in the Drawings and Specifications There are no Alternates or Unit Pricing.
