Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Townsend, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project is for the Brookline Street (Route 13) Sidewalk Construction Project. Bidders are required to submit sealed bids clearly marked as per the Bidding Contract Requirements. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a BID BOND or CERTIFIED CHECK from a responsible bank or trust company, amounting to 5% of the bid price. Contractors must have MassDOT prequalification with the class of work as Highway - Sidewalk & Curbing for an estimated value of $373,525.00. Bid documents, specifications, and bid forms can be obtained electronically in pdf format free of charge by request. Every request for such interpretation shall be in writing addressed to James Noyes, GreenmanPedersen, Inc. and may be sent by e-mail to jnoyes@gpinet.com. All requests for interpretation shall be sent no later than Friday, April 3, 2026 to be given consideration.
