Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Townsend, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and educational facility.
The scope of the work consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, plants, and supervision to provide the repaving of specific portions of Varnum Brook Elementary School in Pepperell, MA, as well as Hawthorne Brook Middle School in Townsend, MA. Bids must be sealed and submitted by General Contractors for the paving project. There are no alternates or unit pricing. Bids are subject to applicable Massachusetts laws and wage rates. The district reserves the right to waive any informalities or to accept or reject any and all bids if it is in the public interest to do so. Bidders must include the completed Bidder Information and Reference Form with their bid. No bid deposit is required. A 50% payment bond is required if the contract is more than $25,000. Contract documents may be requested electronically or picked up at the district offices. Bidders requesting documents by mail must provide payment to cover mail and handling costs.
