Renovation of a municipal facility in Townsend, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

own Hall Exterior Painting and Renovations and Upgrades. Replace rotted trim around exterior windows and rotted exterior trim at Town Hall, to include soffit areas. o Replace missing or damaged facial cedar shingles as needed across structure (not roof). o Paint entire structure, including trim, using identical historic colors. Paint the entire rear and both sides of Town Hall building. Paint color codes to be provided. o To include staging, mobilization, and return of work area to pre-work conditions. o Add on - install two (2) through-wall drain outlets (scuppers) on north side rubber roof parapet wall, and install two (2) through-wall drain outlets (scuppers) on south side rubber roof parapet wall, to assist with water and snow melt drainage. Locations to be determined in consultation with Town staff. o Asbestos and lead tests have been completed and are available for review. Contractor Qualification M.
