The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 1,490 SF Remove Bituminous Pavement 190 LF Remove Concrete Curb and Gutter 4,000 CY Excavation 720 CY Aggregate Base Class 5 200 TN Type SP 12.5 Wearing Course Mix (2,B) 350 TN Type SP 12.5 Non Wear Course Mix (2,B) 850 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter 600 LF 12" - 21" RCP Storm Sewer 280 LF 6" - 8" PVC/Ductile Iron Watermain 400 LB Ductile Iron Fittings 65 LF Storm Sewer Structures 700 LF Silt Fence/Bioroll 2,000 SY Erosion Control Blanket 10 SF Sign Panels 8 EA Trees 4,200 SY Sodding/Seeding The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Medina shall comply with the provisions of the statute. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis for the base Bid, with any alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
