Renovation of a mixed-use development in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and fitness / recreation center.
This project includes a new mechanical unit for cooling in the gym at the City of Brooklyn Park Community Activity Center. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (35) days after opening of bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, and award bid in the best interest of the City.
