Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Saxon, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; water / sewer project; and playground / park / athletic field.
As of August 13, this project is under construction and anticipated to end by August of 2020. Campground Reconstruction at Saxon Harbor. The Project consists of selective site demolition as required to perform the work: excavating and hauling soil and hauling, spreading, and compacting borrow to attain design grades for the construction and placement of roadways, concrete, buildings, utilities, and other campground equipment and facilities. Asphalt and gravel paving including hauling, placement, and compaction of base course, binder, and surface asphalt layers. Cast-in-place concrete will be placed for sidewalks, floor slabs, structural foundations and walls, and other landscaping and storm water management. The work includes installation of water, electric, and sewer utilities to support the campground operations. The work includes installing campground restroom facilities and sanitary sewer holding tank. Site restoration and storm water controls are part of the work and includes finish grading, placing topsoil, seeding, landscaping, installing and maintaining erosion controls, and installing facility storm water systems.
