Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Bear Creek Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,600-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

This project consists of the construction of a 6,600 square foot pre-engineered vehicle storage and office building. The project includes but not limited to the excavation, complete construction of the new building, installation of stormwater infrastructure, installation of site utilities, asphalt paving, site restoration, and all materials, labor and equipment necessary for a complete project. The bids must cover all costs for the completion of this project as set forth in the Project Manual. Online sealed bids shall be submitted by way of the Program. Paper bids will not be accepted for this Project. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. There is no pre-bid meeting scheduled, but prospective bidders are urged to familiarize themselves with the site and review the scope of work and construction documents. Any contractor who does not do so and submits a bid does so at his own risk. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids.
