FILE CODE: 1312301 As of 11/15/23, per Owner, all bids rejected, this project will rebid at a future time. Jenkins Township Sanitary Authority, Luzerne County Question Deadline 11/01/2023 at 5:00 PM ET Without intending to limit or restrict the volume of Work required, the project includes but is not limited to the following: Installation of approximately 1,150 L.F. of 12", 400 L.F. of 8" SDR-35 PVC pipe, 6 laterals, and 6" new manholes and related work; remove and replace 220 L.F. Of 18" stormwater pipe, one new inlet box, end wall, rip-rap and related work. No bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The Bid Security shall be made payable to the Jenkins Township Sanitary Authority All Bid Bonds must be accompanied by a Power of Attorney or suitable letter of commitment from a licensed surety company as described in the Instructions to Bidders and Specifications. PREVAILING WAGES: Attention is called to the fact that payment of prevailing wages will be required on this project and the required wages have been included in the documents. Owner shall reject all Bids or Award the Contract to the Lowest Responsible Bidder within one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of Bid opening Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or portion thereof, and to waive any informalities and to accept any bid that it may deem to be in the best interest of the Authority.
