The Project is the Resurfacing on State Route 2007 (Giants Despair Road/laurel Run Road) Between Spruce Street and State Route 115 (Bear Creek Blvd). The Project Consists of Asphalt Wearing Courses, Scratch Courses, Binder Course, Milling, Line Painting, Mechanized Edge Repair, Base Repair, Shoulder Backup, Pavement Markings, High Friction Surface Treatment and Guide Rail Improvements. All Work Will Be Completed Within the Existing Roadway. The Project is Resurfacing Approximately 5.34 Miles of Existing Roadway on the Below State Route Within Luzerne County. Additional Work Includes Updating Drainage Features, Including Rock Lined Swales and Cross Pipe Replacements.
