The Successful Bidder Must Supply Jenkins Township With an Insurance Certificate Naming Jenkins Township as an Additional Insured and Proof of Workmens Compensation Certificate. Jenkins Township Does Not Discriminate on the Basis of Their Race, Color, National Origin, Sex, Religion, Age, Disability or Familial Status in Employment or the Provisions of Services. Jenkins Township is an Equal Opportunity/affirmative Action Employer. Jenkins Township Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids or to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding. Bids May Be Held by the Owner for a Period Not to Exceed Sixty (60) Days From the Date of Opening Bids for the Purpose of Reviewing the Bids and Investigating the Qualifications of Bidders Prior to Awarding the Contract. No Bid Shall Be Withdrawn for a Period of Sixty (60) Days Subsequent to the Opening of the Bids, Without the Consent of Jenkins Township.
