Site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Kodiak, Alaska. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The scope of the work includes removal of an existing steel culvert at an unnamed inlet creek to Lake Orbin and installation of a new culvert to aid fish passage, including excavation, back fill, dewatering, installation of electrical & communication conduits, revegetation, and restoration of the site as described in the design documents. An alternate bid is included for removal of nearby debris dam, installation of roughened channel stone and site restoration. All in-stream work must be complete not later than August 31, 2019. All remaining work must be complete not later than September 30, 2019.
