Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Cannon Beach, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Construction of an enclosure at the Headworks facility consisting of a complete pre-engineered, metal building system including frames, braces, purlins, joists and wall and roof cladding. This structure is partially enclosed on three sides and open on one side. Lighting shall be provided and powered from the panel at the UV Disinfection facility via spare conduits running between the facilities. Contractor to provide engineering of enclosure structure (above footings) as well as lighting and electrical design as required by Building Official. Construction of an enclosure at the UV Disinfection facility consisting of metal building purlins and cladding wrapped around an existing canopy augmented with additional steel framing. Two personnel doors and two roll-up doors shall be provided. Ventilation equipment shall be provided and powered using the spare capacity of the existing panel located at the facility. Contractor to provide engineering of enclosure wall framing and cladding and electrical design as required by Building Official.
