Wage Rates: Where there are similar wage rate classifications in wage determinations, the higher wage shall be paid. The contractor shall pay not less than the wage rate as determined by the Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division and the City of El Paso. The bidder awarded the contract for this project will be required to enter payrolls electronically using the LCP Tracker payroll software that the City uses to certify payrolls and generate payroll reports. The City will provide Contractor with the software. All forms in Volume I must be printed, completed and submitted in a sealed envelope. It is the responsibility of the bidder to submit any forms that may have been issued by amendment. Note: Any changes in due date or material changes for any solicitations will be posted on the solicitations page of the City of El Paso Purchasing & Strategic Sourcing Department's through electronically. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that they have all pertinent information regarding solicitations, including all amendments prior to submitting their bid. The estimated project budget is in the range of $560,000.00 - $660,000.00. The general scope of work under each base bid items includes al labor, equipment and materials required for construction of all groundwork needed for the construction of eight traffic signals. This work includes, but not limited to, the following: Demolition,removal and/or installation of traffic signal foundations, ADA ramps, ground boxes,curbs, sidewalks, boring and/or excavation and underground conduit placement. Dispose of all construction debris in a lawful manner. Traffic Control per MUTCD standards and any permits required by the City of El Paso or other governing agency,such as the Texas Department of Transportation.The description of the Scope of Work, as shown above, is only a general overview of this project, without force or effect on the requirements of the Contract Documents. The estimated quantities indicated in the proposal are only estimated quantities.
