Site work for a water / sewer project in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of work includes approximately 1,035 linear feet of manhole wall coating and various quantities of associated work related to manhole rehabilitation. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check made payable to the Village of Arlington Heights for not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder must furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond in the full amount of the bid. All work under this contract shall comply with the Prevailing Wage Act of the State of Illinois, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq. & the Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act (30 ILCS 570/0.01 et. seq). Any Bid submitted unsealed, unsigned, fax transmissions or received subsequent to the aforementioned date and time, will be disqualified and returned to the bidder. The Municipalities reserve the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in bid procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the Municipalities.
