Site work for a water / sewer project in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of April 10, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Replace approximately 13,550 L.F. of 4 through 12 water main via open cut (5,600 L.F.) and directional drilling (7,950 L.F.) methods, including new water services, lead service line replacements, hydrants, valves, and other appurtenances. Additionally, install approximately 78 L.F. of 24 storm sewer on Forrest Avenue. All proposals or bids offered must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid in the form of a certified check, bid bond or cashier check made payable to the Village of Arlington Heights. The Village of Arlington Heights reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in bidding and to accept the proposal deemed by the Board of Trustees to be the most favorable to the interests of the Village. It is suggested, but not required, that any questions regarding the bid documents be submitted to Bruce Aderman, the Engineer (815-444-3331 or baderman@baxterwoodman.com)
