The LED type of roadway fixture unit supplied shall be a COOPER LIGHTING GROUP LED Street Luminaire Streetworks Archeon Small Series fixture. NO substitutions will be acceptable. Fixture selection shall be at the sole discretion of the Village. The Village of Arlington Heights reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in bidding and to accept the proposal deemed by the Board of Trustees to be the most favorable to the interests of the Village. The proposal shall include all costs associated with furnishing two-hundred fifty (250) Street Lights LED Lighting fixtures as specified herein. The Village reserves the right to purchase additional light fixtures at the unit prices bid herein. Said pricing shall be in effect for 30 days after the bid date. The bidder shall provide data or proof that the LED lighting fixtures proposed are as specified. The LED streetlights must be supplied as new manufactured fixtures to fit onto existing street light arms. Retro-fit kits will not be accepted. The existing light fixtures were not originally designed for LED lighting and the Village will not accept retrofitting of these fixtures under any circumstances.
