Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Platteville, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,200-square-foot water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project will consist primarily of construction of a booster pump station on the existing SWSP Enterprise's Fort Lupton/ Hudson Pipeline west of Platteville, Colorado off Weld County Road 21. The pump station will include a new 5,200 square foot pre-engineered metal building with concrete foundation. The pump station will house five new vertical turbine pumps to be installed in below grade cans, each with 700 horsepower motors powered by adjustable frequency drives (AFDs) powered by 4,160 kV power. Other appurtenances and work include relocation of the existing 28-inch diameter steel pipe within the pump station property; construction of a new check valve vault, flow meter vault, and isolation valve vault; electrical power supply equipment for 4,160- and 480-volt system; site work including new fencing, paving, and a septic leach field. The SWSP Enterprise will be procuring the pumps, motors, AFDs, and major valves for installation by the General Contractor.
