Site work for a water / sewer project in Beaverton, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing materials, labor, and equipment required for the construction of a new waterline consisting of approximately two thousand eight hundred (2,800) linear feet of twenty-four inch (24-inch) ductile iron water transmission pipeline of which approximately one hundred (100) linear feet is installed via trenchless technologies within a 42-inch diameter steel casing, thirty-two (32-ft) linear feet of twenty-four inch (24-inch) steel water transmission pipeline, three (3) flow control valve vaults and two (2) flow meter vaults and appurtenances. Subcontractor Disclosure Forms for this project are due no later than 4:00 P.M. on April 30, 2019 to Terry Muralt, Purchasing Agent, at the 2nd Floor Finance Utility Billing Counter by fax, (503) 526-2490, or by email, bidmail@BeavertonOregon.gov. This conference is to provide prospective Bidders with the opportunity to ask questions related to bidding or building the work under the resulting contract. Questions that cannot be addressed by direct reference to the Bid Documents may be answered through an addendum issued to all plan holders. A bidder's failure to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting shall cause the bidder's bid to be deemed non-responsive.
