The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, fuel, and any other incidental costs, and supervision necessary to repair a six foot vinyl coated chain link fence at the retention area located on Thomas Avenue, Leesburg. All work and equipment shall be in strict compliance with the latest codes, standards, and practices. Work shall start no later than five (5) days from the time of the Notice to Proceed is given to the contractor. The fence repair includes but is not limited to the removal of the existing damaged chain link fence totaling approximately two hundred and eighteen (218) fee, top rails and posts. The repair shall also include the installation of replacement fence, rails, posts, and hardware. All materials shall match the existing materials. A map of the retention area is attached to this RFQ. The damaged fence areas to be repaired are marked in red with the approximate lengths of repair. The contractor shall obtain all permits, licenses and certificates or any required approvals of plans or specification as may be required by federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations for the proper execution and completion of the work specified. During the progress of the work, the contractor shall keep the premises free from accumulations of waste materials, and any other debris resulting from the work. At the completion of the work, the contractor shall remove all waste materials and the site shall be restored to good condition. Pre-Proposal Conference: Not Applicable All prices submitted are to be on the form below in accordance with all terms and conditions set forth in this Request for Quotation. Prices quoted should be in unit of measure shown. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be made to the responsive, responsible vendor which offers the lowest price on an aggregate basis. If award is noted to be made on an aggregate basis, any vendor response that fails to include pricing for all items may be rejected. Prices shall be quoted F.O.B. Destination - inside delivery, freight included and shall be inclusive of all costs. Current and/or anticipated applicable fuel costs should be considered and included in the price quoted. Work must be completed within 5 days after issuance of purchase order or notice to proceed.
