Site work for a water / sewer project in Palm Bay, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes the removal and replacement of two sanitary sewer manholes, approximately 125 LF of 8" gravity main and the abandonment of a casing pipe under US-1 (State Road #5). The existing casing pipe will be grouted and abandoned in place. The new facilities will be constructed fifteen (15) feet south of the existing facilities. Sewer bypassing will be required for the duration of the project. The time and date stamp located in the Purchasing & Contracts Division office shall be the official authority for determining late bids. The City will not be responsible for mail delays, late or incorrect deliveries. Additional information can be obtained by contacting the person identified in the bid/proposal document. The City reserves the right to waive any bid/proposal informality or technicality and to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, whichever serves the best interest of the City of Palm Bay.
