Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ravenna, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Repairs and resurfacing Eastbound and westbound roadways Milepost 205.20 to milepost 218.50 Portage and trumbull counties, Bids are to be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by the Commission. Prevailing Wage Rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements apply to this Project. Pollution Liability Insurance is required under GC Art. 12.1.4 for this Project. Builder Risk Insurance is not required under GC Art. 12.2.1 for this Project. Removal by pavement planing of three and one-half (3 1/2) inches of existing asphalt pavement in the left lane and two (2) inches of existing asphalt pavement in the left shoulder of the mainline, resurfacing of the pavement and shoulders to the thickness specified in the Drawings, repair of median inlets/catch basins, concrete weatherproofing of bridges, permanent pavement striping and/or other pavement markings, and temporary traffic control, in both Eastbound and Westbound lanes. All Work is to be performed as per the Plans, Drawings, Specifications, Special Provisions, Technical Specifications, and other. A Contract will be awarded, if any award be made, to the Bidder determined to have submitted the lowest responsive and responsible Bid for the performance of the Work. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive minor irregularities or technical deficiencies.
