Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Hillsboro, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
The City of Hillsboro seeks sealed bids from qualified firms able to provide construction services including paving, site utilities, interior and exterior lighting, and pre-manufactured steel structure erection. Previous project experience including erection of Fire Facilities product is required as per the ITB documents. Proposed improvements include approximately 4,745 square feet of 7.5-inch thick undowelled PCC pavement, 92 linear feet of fully restrained 6-inch C900 fire main, 40 linear feet of 2-inch PE 2708 gas line, approximately 22’ x 73’ concrete tower foundation, Fire Facilities 4-story unoccupied fire training structure measuring approximately 40’ tall x 73’ long x 22’ wide, interior and exterior structure lighting, and electrical power distribution system.
