Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Hillsboro, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
Contractor is to remove the existing 1/4" balcony decking surface material. Material is currently lifting and bubbling in several areas that are creating trip hazards. This decking surface is roughly about 11,500 (SF). If any of the under decking is damaged and needs to be replaced, the contractor will provide a change order for time and materials, plus an allowable 15% mark up on materials. Question Submission Deadline:May 15, 2023, 5:00pm This job will require Prevailing Wage Rates due to it being part of the larger project of upgrading the Bridge Shelter.
