Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Hillsboro, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Contractor shall complete the work as specified or indicated in Owner's Contract Documents entitled CWS Parking Lot Improvements Project No. 6793. The work under this Contract will consist of, but is not limited to furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct a new parking lot, drive aisles, striping, curbing, and related site pedestrian improvements (collectively, the Work). Owner is currently working on Site demolition and rough grading and will be performing the work associated with the water quality treatment facility, stormwater structures and conveyance system, and stormwater outfall. Owner will perform demolition and grading prior to Contractor commencing Work on the Project. Owner will perform water quality treatment facility planting after Contractor completes concrete curb installation. Contractor shall coordinate directly with the Owner to verify scope and limits of the completed work. Site lighting and landscaping work will also be performed by the Owner following completion of the Contractor's Work. The Site of the Work is 2550 SW Hillsboro Highway, Hillsboro, OR 97123 (Site). The Work is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. The concrete curb installation Work is to be substantially complete by September 6, 2019. The paving, striping, and remaining site concrete Work is to be substantially complete by November 1, 2019. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by Bid security as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) and insurance prescribed in the Bidding Documents. Prior to submission of its Bid, Bidder shall be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. Bidders shall be qualified in accordance with the applicable parts of ORS 279C in order to submit a Bid for public work in Oregon. The work does not involve asbestos, so Bidders are not required to be licensed with the Department of Environmental Quality pursuant to ORS 468A.710.
