Renovation of an educational facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This Request for Supplier Qualification is an invitation by the University of Ottawa to general contractors to submit proposals to be prequalified for a construction project at the University of Ottawa s main campus. The project is subdivided into two fit-ups: Project 1: Vanier (VNR) level 0 partial fit-up and Project 2: Tabaret (TBT) 3rd floor C and L wings fit-up. The Project includes, but is not limited to, the following scope of Work: .1 New fit-up of office spaces in Vanier and Tabaret Hall; .2 (Demolition and abatement work completed under previous contract); .3 New flooring and slab preparation; .4 New mechanical, lighting and electrical work; .5 New prefabricated partitions, millwork, ceiling and acoustic treatment; .6 New universal washroom in Tabaret Hall; .7 New ceramic tiles on walls and floor of Vanier Hall existing washrooms; .8 and any other work required to complete this Project. The University intends to carry out the construction of: Project 1: Vanier (VNR) level 0 partial fit-up from July 2019 to September 2019 Project 2: Tabaret (TBT) 3rd floor C and L wing fit-up from July 2019 to November 2019 QUESTION ACCEPTANCE DEADLINE: 2019/05/03 05:00:00 PM EDT Documents are available at: www.merx.com
