Reference Number 0000251019 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/07/06 12:00:00 PM EDT The overall scope of the Centre Block Rehabilitation project includes but is not limited to the exterior heritage rehabilitation of the building envelope including masonry, windows, and copper roof. The interior works include demolition and abatement, structural steel seismic upgrades, mechanical and electrical system upgrades, gypsum, acoustic ceilings, paint, and carpet. The Project Site has limited storage and unloading area. Each Subcontractor will be required to package materials to suit site conditions and also schedule and co-ordinate with the CM all material deliveries to Project Site. Allocation and use of any available storage space will be determined by the CM's Superintendent. $ value represents entire project value Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
