Contractor shall provide full service preventive maintenance (PM) and on-call repair services for the two elevators belonging to the VDOT Bristol District Office. This solicitation is designated as a set-aside in accordance with the Small Business Enhancement Award Priority as a Small Business Set-Aside Award Priority. Period of Contract Shall be for a one (1) year period, with the start date to be determined at time of award, with four (4) successive one (1) year optional renewals. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Tiffany Canter, tiffany.canter@vdot.virginia.gov. The issuing office will determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions by close of business five (5) days prior to the bid due date.
