Installation of UV-cured CIPP liner throughout approximately 28,000 LF of sewer line (12" and smaller diameter), 340 LF of 6-inch to 8-inch pipe bursting, 640 VF of sewer manhole rehabilitation, 308 CIPP private lateral sewer lines, the installation of 200 sewer cleanouts, locate and raise 12 sewer manholes, and associated appurtenances. The replacement of approximately 1,840 LF of 8" gravity sewer line, installation of 48 VF of 4' diameter sanitary sewer manholes, rehabilitation of 76 VF of 4' diameter sanitary sewer manholes, 14 manhole insertion bowls, approximately 400 LF of 6" sewer lateral line, the installation of approximately 22 sanitary sewer cleanouts, 40 hours of equipment prospecting, and associated appurtenances. Bidders must comply with the following: The President's Executive Order # 14173 prohibiting discrimination in employment regarding race, color, religion, sex, or national origin; and the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Bidders must certify that they do not or will not maintain or provide for their employees any facilities that are segregated on the basis of race, color, creed, or national origin. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract for each individual Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis. The Project is funded through the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to The Lane Group, Inc. Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above plus a non-refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office or online.
