Beyond Housing, the Housing Authority of the City of Bristol, VA, is soliciting sealed proposals for Architectural and Engineering Services for the redevelopment of three of its oldest properties as part of a Choice Neighborhoods Planning Grant. The selected firm will provide A&E services for the development of new site plans, conceptual designs, and renderings for the proposed developments. This contract does not include construction drawings. Question Date : July 17, 2025, at 4:00 PM EDT. (Request for Qualifications must be submitted in writing to Richard Pannell, Development Director, no later.
