New construction of a municipal facility in Strathmore, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 24,000-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.
The Strathmore Municipal Building will be a new facility replacing the current town hall building and is intended to accommodate the Towns need for the next 10 years. It will include Town of Strathmore staff space providing services to the citizens, Council Chambers, public washrooms and change facilities for Kinsmen Park, community space. This new facility will be approximately 24,000 square feet plus a 6,000 square foot basement. Award amount was not released for publication.
