Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Homestead, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of one schedule and two additive alternates. Schedule One consists of constructing a two-cell total retention lagoon system which includes a 2.0-acre primary cell and a 13.8-acre storage cell. Additive Alternate One consists of replacing twelve manholes within the collection system. Additive Alternate Two includes installing backup power at both lift stations, purchasing confined space equipment to be used at both of the lift stations, and replacing both of the pumps at the lagoon lift station and the First Avenue lift station.
