Contractor is fully responsible for making sure sealed bid is delivered to Cleveland Utilities by the closing date and time. Any bid emailed should be verified that it has been received by contacting Philip Luce, at 423-478-9388. The Project consists of the installation of approximately 370 linear feet of 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer main with related appurtenances. The allotted time for construction is to be 30 consecutive calendar days No bid may be withdrawn within 45 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. All questions should be directed to Philip Luce. All Contractors receiving plans and submitting bids must have prior approval. Those contractors not previously approved may obtain forms for approval by contacting Philip Luce. Bids from anyone not on the approved contractors list or plan holders list will not be opened and read. Cleveland Utilities reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all bids.
