This is a procurement contract. The work consists of: 1) Furnish (quantity of two) 480 volt, 3-phase, 4-wire, 2,000- amp automatic transfer switches as described in the project manual, and 2) Furnish (quantity of two) 480 volt, 3-phase, 4-wire, 2,000- amp, switchboard as described in the project manual. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
