A timeline for the award is not yet established.** The work of this single-bid project consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of this project and carrying out all of the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents. The main features of this work shall include: removal of existing asphalt section, installation of new asphalt pavement courses, stormwater piping, and removal of existing pedestrian tunnels. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
