Site work for a municipal facility in Sloughhouse, California. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

Site/Location: Extraction Wells 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07 12701 Kiefer Blvd Sloughhouse, Ca 95683 The work under this contract includes furnishing labor, materials, and equipment for all of the work associated with constructing vehicle pullout areas near six groundwater extraction wells along the southern perimeter of Kiefer Landfill along Kiefer Boulevard. County staff will utilize the future vehicle pullouts when working on the groundwater extraction vaults. Project work includes grading, placing aggregate base, minor concrete work, preparing rip rap and concrete swales at the pullout areas as well as other items not mentioned above but described on the Project Plans and in the Special Provisions. All Pre-bid Questions Must Be Submitted in Writing No Later Than June 12, 2019 by 5:00 Pm. Questions Received After That Time Will Not Be Answered. All Responses Will Be by Addenda to the Bid Documents. Pursuant to California Contract Code Section 22300, the contractor may, at its own expense, substitute securities for any money being withheld by the County to ensure performance under this contract. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in any bid, and to determine which bid, in the judgment ofthe County, is the lowest responsive bid of a responsible bidder.
