Construct joint utility trench 2. Construct multi-lane roundabout and median islands 3. Construct full depth replacement and relocation of existing roadways 4. Construct stormwater pond, water quality structures, and water quality manholes 5. Install stormwater culverts, pipes, manholes, and inlets 6. Construct shared-use paths and curb ramps 7. Construct curbs and guardrails 8. Construct retaining walls 9. Install sanitary mainline pipe 10. Construct water pipe and appurtenances 11. Install signing, illumination, signals and pavement markings 12. Construct asphalt, concrete and gravel driveways 13. Construct new northbound dual left turn lanes on Pacific Hwy to Elwert Rd 14. Construct extended southbound dual left turn lanes on Pacific Hwy to Sunset Blvd 15. Construct revised southbound bike lane and right turn lane on Pacific Hwy to Elwert Rd 16. Install asphalt overlay within intersection of Pacific Hwy, Elwert Rd, and Sunset Blvd 17. Install landscaping and irrigation within roadway improvements on Haide Rd, Elwert Rd and Kruger Rd 18. Install signals, landings, crosswalk striping, pedestrian push buttons and retaining walls at Edy Rd and Elwert Rd 19. Install pervious asphalt sidewalk infill on Edy Rd 20. Install new southbound left turn from Elwert Rd to Handley Rd and right and left turn lane pockets on Handley Rd to Elwert Rd 21. Perform additional and Incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans The Project cost range is $15,000,000 - $25,000,000 PRE-BID MEETING The County will not hold a pre-bid meeting for this project. Bids publicly read aloud in Training Room 1. All interested parties are invited to attend. Bids received after the above stated time will not be accepted. Bids must contain: o A residency statement as defined in ORS 279C.365. o A bid bond on the County's Bid Guaranty form, irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured institution as defined in ORS 706.008, certified check, or cashier's check, of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid. Bids may be rejected by the County for non-compliance with prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and for good cause, upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
