Renovation of a water / sewer project in Salisbury Beach, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
WWTP Disinfection and Controls Upgrade. The scope of work includes upgrade the existing electro-mechanical control system to SCADA System with PLC-networked distributed control and monitoring. Provide 2 SCADA control stations, 3 PLC control panels and fiber optic network, programming and configuration for fully integrated SCADA system with secured remote access and alarm dialing software. Replace 4 existing UV disinfection units with 3 2 MGD UV units, piping and instrumentation in the Disinfection Building and Lagoon Effluent Pump Station, select instrumentation upgrades, refrigerated samplers, electrical equipment upgrades, associated site and electrical work. Sub Bid Category : Electrical. DCAMM Category of Certification: Sewage and Water Treatment Plants. Contractor Qualification : DCAMM Certificate. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
