Renovation of a water / sewer project in Salisbury Beach, Massachusetts. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of January 26, 2023, all bids were rejected for budgetary reasons. No definite date for the rebid. Waste Water Treatment Plant Emergency Generators The prospective bidder is responsible for checking to see if any addenda have been issued prior to submitting their bid. The Work consists of a contract to purchase and install generators that meet the specifications provided for three pump stations as well as install or update the automatic transfer switches that will be housed in the appropriate 3R enclosures. Additional drawings showing details in accordance with which the Work is to be done may be furnished by addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the Owner or its Architect/Engineer, and shall then become a part of the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item.
